Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in production/manufacturing
• 1 year in lead/supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on approach with team training and safety emphasis
• Experience in food & beverage is advantageous
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model balancing on-site and remote planning

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production line operators, ensuring schedules and quality.
• Monitor line performance, identify deviations, implement corrective actions.
• Train team on procedures, safety, and equipment operation.
• Conduct daily production meetings and communicate goals clearly.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor materials usage and finished goods and report discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate major problems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency gains.
• Perform quality checks to meet product standards before packaging.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers on production planning and resource allocation
