Job summary

Froedtert Health in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist for a hybrid, full-time role at our Integrated Service Center. You will promote safe, effective medication use and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize therapy and value.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharm.D. or equivalent, with Wisconsin licensure or eligibility within 6 months; ASHP residency preferred. 1 year hospital experience or 3 years other pharmacy experience preferred. Competitive benefits noted.

Qualifications

• Requires a Pharm.D. or B.Pharm from an ACPE-accredited school.
• ASHP PGY1 or specialty residency preferred.
• 1 year hospital pharmacist experience or 3 years other pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe and effective medication use, considering costs and benefits to maximize value.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and patients to address medication therapy issues.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission/MCW standards for pharmaceutical services.
