Job summary

Froedtert Health in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking a pharmacy services leader to manage system-wide medication contracting and distribution within an Integrated Service Center. The role oversees IV compounding, clinic distribution and overall ISC operations in a 40-hour hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managerial pharmacy experience, with PGY1/2 residency or equivalent, and a Wisconsin license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Greater than five years of progressively responsible managerial experience in pharmacy services.
• Advanced residency training (PGY1/2 HSPA) or equivalent experience is required.
• Wisconsin pharmacist license (or eligible) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication contracting, sourcing and procurement for large system spend.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Integrated Service Center IV compounding and pharmacy distribution.
• Oversee Clinic Medication Distribution and ISC operations.
• Contribute to meeting the ISC business plan.
