Froedtert Health in Wisconsin is seeking a pharmacist to manage pharmacotherapy on an assigned patient care unit, providing clinical support and distribution services in coordination with physicians and nursing staff to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective drug therapy. Qualified candidates will have a Pharm.D.

or ACPE‑accredited degree, Wisconsin license (or eligible within 3 months), and at least one year hospital experience (three years in other settings).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from ACPE‑accredited school is required.
• Wisconsin Pharmacist License active or eligible; obtain within 3 months.
• ASHP PGY1 residency preferred; hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacotherapy on an assigned patient care unit and coordinate with physicians and nursing staff.
• Deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective drug therapy and support distribution services.
