Standard Process Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for about 650 employees across 38 states. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll, collaborate with HR, and support FP&A activities such as forecasting and variance reporting.

The role is hybrid/remote with standard hours 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, and compensation in the $75,000–$85,000 range depending on experience.

Formación

• 3–5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency with Workday or related HRIS systems.
• Basic budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee weekly payroll processing for ~650 employees across 38 states.
• Review time and attendance data for deadlines and accuracy.
• Process reimbursements, garnishments, deductions, PTO, bonuses and special payments.
• Ensure payroll transactions are compliant and well-documented.
• Collaborate with HR to reflect employee elections and changes.
• Maintain payroll-related General Ledger accounts and reports.
• Lead state registrations and tax withholdings during expansions.
• Support FP&A tasks including forecasting and variance analysis.
