Job summary

FormFactor Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage accurate, timely US payroll processing for multi-state employees and related activities. The role combines compliance, reporting, and payroll system management while supporting expatriate payroll and equity transactions.

Most work is remote with a requirement to be in the Beaverton office one day per week for two weeks each month, in a hybrid setup within the United States.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll systems.
• Experience supporting expatriate payroll administration.
• CPP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly US payroll for all employees using ADP and UKG Pro.
• Handle hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, deductions, and leave.
• Assist in payroll audits and reconcile payroll data, timesheets and tax withholdings.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Stock Administration, Finance, and Timekeeping to validate payroll data.
• Administer expatriate payroll activities including tax equalization and shadow payroll requirements.
• Support equity compensation transactions (RSUs, ESPP) and payroll integration.
• Assist with payroll tax compliance, year-end processing, and regulatory reporting.
• Serve as a primary contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
