Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely multi-state U.S. payroll processing with ADP and UKG Pro.

The role supports compliance, equity transactions, expatriate payroll, and inquiries while maintaining internal controls. Most work is remote, with an expectation to be in Beaverton, OR the equivalent of one day per week for two weeks per month. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll processing and compliance.
• Experience with expatriate payroll administration and external providers.
• RSU/ESPP taxation, withholding, and reporting knowledge.
• ADP WFN experience required; UKG Pro experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute biweekly U.S. payroll for all employees using ADP and UKG Pro.
• Handle new hires, terminations, raises, bonuses, and deductions.
• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and data validation.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Timekeeping teams.
• Administer expatriate payroll and equity transactions (RSU/ESPP).
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain SOPs, controls, and payroll documentation.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, and special projects.
