FormFactor Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Beaverton, Oregon. The role offers mostly remote work with onsite presence about two weeks per month at the Beaverton facility. You will manage US payroll, expatriate payroll, and equity transactions, while ensuring compliance and timely processing.

Responsibilities include audits, reporting, and collaboration with HR, Benefits, Stock Administration, and Finance. A strong Excel background and CPP credentials are advantageous.

Formación

• Minimum 2–4 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state U.S. payroll.
• ADP Workforce Now payroll software experience required.
• UKG Pro experience preferred.
• Experience supporting expatriate payroll administration preferred.
• Experience processing RSU and ESPP payroll transactions preferred.
• CPP certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute accurate biweekly payroll for all U.S. employees using ADP and UKG Pro.
• Process payroll transactions including new hires, terminations, bonuses, deductions, and leave.
• Assist in audits and reconcile payroll records and tax withholdings.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Timekeeping to validate payroll data.
• Administer expatriate payroll activities including tax equalization and shadow payroll.
• Support equity transactions (RSUs/ESPP) and payroll integration.
• Provide payroll data and analysis to Finance, HR, and auditors.
