Job summary

Ignite Human Capital is seeking a senior Case Manager to lead complex litigation support in a hybrid, full-time US-based role. You will coordinate among attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, and vendors while overseeing budgets, document collections, and case workflow.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years as a paralegal, with deep experience in product liability, mass torts, and class actions, and a proven ability to mentor teams across jurisdictions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience within a relevant practice group.
• Extensive experience with complex litigation, notably product liability, mass tort and class actions.
• Prior experience leading paralegals or managing complex cases strongly preferred.
• California-based paralegals must meet CA Paralegal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases from factual and procedural perspectives with tracked activity.
• Serve as the central coordination point for attorneys, clients, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, summaries for attorney review.
• Support product liability, mass tort, and class-action matters.
• Prepare for document collections, witness interviews, hearings, and depositions.
• Apply federal, state, and local filing rules and procedures.
• Lead paralegal oversight and coordinate with attorneys and staff.
• Manage case staffing, vendor relationships, and workflows within budget.
• Develop and manage case and client budgets; monitor resources.
• Oversee electronic case-management tools used with outside counsel.
