Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience within a relevant practice group.
• Experience acting as a lead paralegal or managing complex cases and legal teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and matters from both a factual and procedural perspective, ensuring workflows track all activity.
• Coordinate across attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, case assistants, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, summaries for attorney review.
• Lead paralegal on product liability, mass tort, and class action matters.
• Prepare for document collections, witness interviews, hearings, and trials.
• Apply federal, state, and local court rules and filing requirements.
• Oversee case staffing, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage case budgets and resource allocations.
• Mentor associates and paralegals; train legal teams and business professionals.
• Interact extensively with clients and serve as a key contact.
