Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation
• California-based paralegals must meet applicable California Paralegal requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and workflows to track activity
• Lead paralegals and coordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors
• Draft legal documents and correspondences for attorney review
• Manage budgets and case operations for product liability, mass tort, and class actions
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trials
• Oversee electronic case-management tools and checklists
• Mentor associates and paralegals and provide training to teams
• Interact extensively with clients and act as a key point of contact
