Ignite Human Capital is seeking a senior Case Manager in a hybrid, full-time role in the United States. You will lead complex litigation matters, coordinating across attorneys, clients, and external parties while managing budgets and case operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of paralegal experience, with expertise in product liability, mass torts, and class actions, and a proven track record as a lead paralegal overseeing teams and processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience managing sophisticated litigation matters within a law firm environment.
• Strong background in product liability, mass torts, and class actions.
• Demonstrated experience preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and document collections.
• Advanced understanding of federal, state, and local court rules and filing procedures.
• Proven ability to serve as a lead paralegal and oversee teams and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and ensure workflows track all activity.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, outside/ opposing counsel, paralegals, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and summaries for attorney review.
• Oversee budgets and allocate resources for complex matters.
• Lead paralegal teams and mentor junior staff.
• Interact extensively with clients and serve as a key contact.
