You will mentor others, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions that improve development standards and operational efficiency.

You will participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and build robust integrations, while driving continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server and REST APIs.
• Experience with BPMs and Application Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain applications and framework components.
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews for scalable solutions.
• Mentor and support fellow developers with guidance and training.
• Develop tools, integrations, and automation to improve processes.
• Create estimates, contribute to planning, and lead development initiatives.
• Manage support tickets and provide technical assistance to users.
• Identify opportunities to improve coding standards and performance.
