Job summary

Epicor seeks a Senior Information Technology Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain critical business systems across the full software development lifecycle. You will mentor others, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in development practices.

You will design solutions using C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, and ERP/Kinetic products, while leveraging BPMs, BAQs, and Application Studio to deliver scalable, maintainable code with quality testing practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a specialized environment.
• Experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of BPMs, BAQs, and Application Studio.
• Experience applying professional software engineering practices across the SDLC.
• Ability to gather requirements, estimate work, and deliver maintainable code with testing practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and collaboration with business users and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain applications and framework components that support business operations.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design discussions, and code reviews for scalable solutions.
• Mentor and support fellow developers through knowledge sharing and training.
• Develop and maintain tools, integrations, and automation to improve processes.
• Create project estimates, contribute to planning, and lead small to medium development initiatives.
• Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance to end users and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve coding standards and system performance.
