Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking an Associate, Mid, or Senior NERC Compliance Specialist to support the company’s CIP and cyber security compliance efforts. The role offers a hybrid 3-2 work schedule with three days in the office and two days of teleworking.

The ideal candidate will have increasing levels of experience in NERC compliance, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate audits and implement compliance programs across the business area.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with NERC CIP and Cyber Security standards.
• Ability to assess and prioritize NERC compliance risks.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support NERC compliance efforts.
• Assist with audits, self-audits and logistics for regulatory reviews.
• Design, implement and communicate compliance programs.
