Job summary

AECOM seeks a Senior Manager, Time, Labor & Payroll Solutions for a hybrid role based in Dallas or Houston, TX. You will lead time, labor, and payroll applications, manage delivery lifecycle, and guide analysts and vendor resources to support critical systems.

Reporting to the IT Director, HR and Payroll Solutions, you will shape roadmaps, deliver end-to-end projects, and drive AI and automation initiatives aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise time, labor and payroll systems.
• Experience with Oracle Time and Labor in a large global organization.
• Strong leadership and vendor management abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven track record delivering AI and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology roadmap for time, labor and payroll solutions in partnership with IT and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enhancements and projects from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive AI/automation initiatives ensuring governance, security, and operational readiness.
• Develop and mentor direct reports and vendor resources to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
