Job summary

RTX seeks a Hybrid Operational Support / Project Support Analyst to assist Time & Labor Management, payroll, HR, and cross-functional teams with projects, process improvements, and enterprise initiatives.

The role partners with Payroll, HR, Compliance, and system teams to support project execution, audits, testing, and documentation while ensuring accurate timekeeping and payroll reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong PC skills; experience with MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Support managers with operational initiatives, projects, implementations, and enterprise support activities.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support project execution and goals.
• Support workforce operational activities including audits, escalations, payroll support, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Analyze processes and reporting trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with testing, validation, implementation readiness, and deployment for system changes.
• Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and reference guides.
• Support reporting and data analysis using Excel, SAP, Power BI, ServiceNow or related systems.
