Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Applications to lead enterprise project applications supporting project accounting and management. Based in Dallas or Houston, this role leads a blended team of analysts and external partners, delivering strategy, reliability, and roadmap for Oracle Projects and related interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years in enterprise project applications, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Deep experience in enterprise project-accounting; knowledge of costing, billing, revenue, burdening, cross-charge; Oracle Projects preferred.
• Experience leading a system implementation, conversion, migration, or major rollout end-to-end.
• Experience owning production application support including incidents, service requests, enhancements, change control, audits.
• Experience leading internal teams, vendors, or outsourced delivery partners with focus on delivery quality.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the internal team and partners; set priorities and ensure service levels.
• Ensure stability, security, performance, and supportability of project applications.
• Provide functional leadership for Oracle Projects and related accounting processes.
• Lead implementations, migrations, and major enhancements from design to post-production.
• Maintain 12-month roadmap and align tech plans with business priorities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on architecture, reporting, data, and scalable solutions.
