Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Manager for Time, Labor & Payroll Solutions in a hybrid setup in Texas. The role leads enterprise applications, oversees a diverse team, and partners with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, governance, and driving AI-enabled automation initiatives, while aligning with strategic business priorities and security standards across a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant systems support experience.
• Experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining time and labor and payroll solutions in a large, global organization.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage vendor resources and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technology lead for time, labor and payroll enterprise applications and functions.
• Shape and maintain the technology roadmap for time, labor and payroll solutions.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives across time, labor, and payroll with governance and security focus.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enhancements and projects from concept to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership across time, labor, payroll, and related processes.
