Job summary

CRS, a Phoenix-based company, seeks a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence to own process health, metrics, and continuous improvement across the business. The role partners with the EVP of Operations to drive measurable performance while aligning finance and operations for strategic outcomes.

The position is hybrid after a 3-month training period, with 1 day in-office and 4 days remote per week. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related discipline.
• Strong communication, influencing and organizational skills.
• Ability to read financial statements and quantify impact.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end operational processes from claim assignment to closure.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable improvements.
• Lead data-driven root cause investigations with leadership.
• Build business cases with cost, risk, timeline, ROI analysis.
