Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics, Reporting and Insights (ARI) to lead a high-performing FP&A analytics team.

You will design and deliver dashboards and reports that translate complex financial data into actionable insights, partnering with FP&A, DBI, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role emphasizes scalable data architecture, AI-enabled analytics, governance, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Science or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, reporting, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience designing dashboards and delivering management reporting.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARI FP&A team to deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and dashboards for business partners.
• Standardize reporting, automate processes, and improve timeliness and accuracy.
• Consolidate unit results into a consistent segment-level view and deliver monthly reports.
• Design reporting templates and data architectures for scalable, reusable views.
• Partner with FP&A, DBI and other functions to strengthen systems and data models.
