Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics, Reporting and Insights (ARI) to lead a high‑performing FP&A analytics team in delivering effective financial reports and dashboards. You will drive end‑to‑end analytics across the Proprietary segment with a focus on AI-enabled insights and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance analytics, reporting, FP&A, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in dashboard design, building and delivering management reporting and insights.
• Experience using reporting tools/systems including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, BW, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ARI FP&A team in delivering analytics, reporting, and dashboards for business partners.
• Improve reporting timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency through standardization and automation.
• Consolidate Operating Unit results into a consistent segment-level view with standard monthly reporting.
• Design and maintain reporting templates and frameworks for consistent definitions and roll‑ups.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A and DBI to strengthen data models and reporting architecture.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Maintain governance for Finance data and analytics tools, ensuring quality and controls.
• Enhance dashboards for usability, scalability, and visual impact.
• Advance AI-enabled analytics through automation, insights, and AI agents.
• Track benefits from reporting improvements and user adoption.
• Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
