AssistRx, Inc. is seeking aSenior FP&A Manager to lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership, Finance, Accounting, Commercial, and Operations to deliver insights that inform decisions and drive sustainable growth.

You will own complex models, oversee long‑range planning, and develop executive reports while mentoring a high‑performing FP&A team in a high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Ownership of complex three-statement financial models.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the consolidated three-statement operating model.
• Lead enterprise-wide forecasting and long-range planning.
• Direct annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year plans.
• Provide executive dashboards, KPIs, and variance analyses with actionable insights.
• Mentor FP&A team and promote continuous improvement.
