Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics or related field required.
• 6 years pharma/healthcare analytics or BI experience.
• Experience with large healthcare datasets (claims, EMR, etc.).
• Advanced SQL proficiency with complex joins and window functions.
• Expert Power BI or Tableau skills for dashboards.
• Strong Python for data wrangling and analysis.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as analytics bridge translating business questions into analyses.
• Manage competing stakeholder priorities and deliver insights.
• Explain data limitations and methodology to teams.
• Uncover drivers behind performance trends.
• Own metrics like Rx volume, patient flow, reimbursement rates.
