Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis professional to oversee FP&A for the Proprietary reporting segment.

You will forecast revenue, support budgeting and strategic planning, and collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations to align forecasts and drive profitability. Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, ad hoc analyses, and development of financial models for strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or related areas.
• Experience partnering with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations is preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Owns Commercial FP&A activities for the Proprietary reporting segment and supports budget, forecasts and strategic planning.
• Leads revenue forecasting processes and communicates monthly, quarterly, and annual outlooks.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
