Job summary

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising to build and grow the American Nurses Foundation’s fundraising programs in a hybrid, Silver Spring setting. Lead moves management, secure commitments, and develop campaigns with healthcare impact.

You will craft proposals, manage a partner pipeline, and collaborate across ANE teams to measure revenue and outcomes, advancing nursing impact nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven fundraising and business development success.
• Experience building new initiatives with limited structure.

Responsibilities

• Execute moves management to identify and engage retail and corporate prospects.
• Manage a pipeline from discovery to renewal and expansion.
• Pitch and secure corporate fundraising commitments including round-up programs.
• Prepare tailored proposals linking partner objectives to nursing impact.
