Job summary

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising to grow ANF's fundraising programs and corporate partnerships. You will lead strategy, build a partner pipeline, and create persuasive materials to drive commitments that support nurses and advance the nursing profession.

In this senior role you will manage campaigns, launch rounds-up programs, and steward long-term partnerships, working with cross-functional teams to measure impact and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or related field.
• At least seven (7) years of corporate fundraising, business development, partnership sales, or cause marketing.
• A minimum of three (3) years of supervising direct reports.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Travel up to 35% for stewardship and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Execute a moves management strategy to identify and approach corporate prospects.
• Manage a portfolio from initial contact through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and expansion.
• Pitch and secure corporate fundraising commitments including round-up programs and sponsorships.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations linking partner objectives to the Foundation’s impact.
