Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Five or more years of related experience with at least three years of supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operations of the Certification Analysts and staffing decisions based on metrics to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Designs and delivers onboarding and ongoing training for new and current employees to meet performance goals.
- Collaborates with Manager, Certification Associates and Senior Manager of Certification to ensure adequate support for the application review processes.
