Oldcastle Fencing, Railing and Decking, a division of Oldcastle APG, is seeking a Director of Logistics to manage inbound/outbound freight, distribution networks, and material handling across our national footprint. The role oversees the Morristown, TN facility and influences shipping quality and productivity across plants.

The position is hybrid, located near our Morristown distribution center with travel to company plants as needed.

Formación

• 10+ years of logistics/distribution multi-site management experience.
• Strong strategic planning and resource allocation skills.
• Experience with multi-channel distribution and ERP/TMS systems.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze logistics to identify cost-saving transport options.
• Set inbound/outbound freight strategies and carrier selection.
• Lead HR, Safety, and Operations for the Morristown facility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including DOT.
• Negotiate rates and manage carrier performance.
• Develop supply chain KPIs and drive improvements.
• Oversee private fleet and third-party carrier networks.
• Implement tech for material movement and inventory management.
