Job summary
Oldcastle APG in Morristown, TN is seeking a Supply Chain HR Manager to align people strategy with logistics operations and support warehouses, distribution centers, fleet operations, and network functions.
You will partner with Supply Chain leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, manage employee relations, performance, and compliance, and lead talent development in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; advanced degrees/certifications preferred.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing or Transportation operations.
- Proven experience in employee relations, compliance and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with Supply Chain leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Advise on policies, labor laws, performance management and culture.
- Talent Management: Drive talent review, succession planning and development for frontline and salaried staff.
- HR Operations & Analytics: Oversee HR data, metrics and compensation alignment for logistics teams.
