Job summary

go-alis is seeking two Customer Success Specialists to help clients succeed with ALIS daily. You will be the main contact for clients, guiding them through workflows, solving problems, and building trust. The role blends client relationships with product expertise and operational problem-solving.

The position requires working on-site for the first 90 days, with hybrid options available thereafter. Salary ranges from $57,500 to $68,000 annually, with sponsorship unavailable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer success, technical support, or client-facing SaaS experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients using ALIS.
• Resolve client questions and issues with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with communities you support and understand how they operate.
• Help clients adopt best practices and use ALIS in day-to-day workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve complex client issues across ALIS.
• Reproduce issues clearly and provide information to Product/Engineering.
• Configure and troubleshoot basic integrations as needed.
• Maintain accurate, detailed ticket documentation in real time.
• Ensure tickets have context for next steps by any team member.
• Identify recurring issues and surface trends needing attention.
• Contribute to internal docs and knowledge sharing.
• Recognize high-priority situations and elevate appropriately.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond reliably.
• Manage projects by scoping work, timelines, and commitments.
• Balance responsiveness with thoughtful decision-making in fast-moving situations.
• Leverage internal AI tools while maintaining a human touch
