Job summary

ALIS by Medtelligent is seeking an Integrations Manager to own delivery and operation of partner integrations across our product suite. You will build strong partner relationships, map workflows to ALIS functionality, and implement integration solutions using APIs and available tools.

This hands-on role blends technical problem solving with partner coordination and customer support. You will investigate complex issues, coordinate with Product and Engineering for platform changes, and help ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS integrations or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and delivering API or third-party integrations.
• Ability to read API documentation, test requests and map data between systems and investigate issues using logs.

Responsibilities

• Build partner relationships and manage day-to-day integrations.
• Learn partners' products and roadmaps to translate needs into features.
• Design, configure and implement integration solutions using APIs and tools.
• Coordinate with Engineering on production changes and scalability.
• Onboard partners, test setups and provide ongoing technical support.
• Monitor health of live integrations and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
