Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking two Customer Success Specialists to help clients succeed with ALIS every day. You will be a trusted contact, guiding clients through complex workflows and rapid issue resolution.

Initially on-site for 90 days, with hybrid options thereafter, you’ll build relationships, drive adoption, and ensure client satisfaction. You should have 2+ years in customer success or SaaS support, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, technical support, or client-facing SaaS roles.
• Ability to explain complex software and workflows clearly.
• Strong ownership and accountability for issues and resolutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted contact for clients using ALIS.
• Resolve client questions and issues with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Build relationships with client communities and understand their workflows.
• Help clients adopt best practices and use ALIS effectively.
• Diagnose and resolve complex client issues across ALIS modules.
• Reproduce issues and provide actionable info to Product/Engineering.
