ALIS by Medtelligent is seeking two Customer Success Specialists to help clients succeed with ALIS. The role sits at the intersection of client relationships, product expertise, and operational problem-solving, delivering guidance and ensuring value.

New hires will work on-site for the first 90 days with hybrid options thereafter. Salary ranges from $57,500 to $68,000, with sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, tech support, or SaaS-facing roles.
• Enjoy helping customers solve problems and achieve better outcomes.
• Take ownership of issues and drive to resolution.
• Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Manage high volumes without sacrificing quality.
• Have strong judgment and know when to escalate.
• Learn complex software quickly and become a product expert.
• Understand healthcare or senior living workflows, or can quickly develop that knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients using ALIS.
• Resolve questions and issues with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with client communities and understand their operations.
• Help clients adopt best practices and use ALIS in day-to-day workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve complex client issues across ALIS modules.
• Differentiate bugs, user errors, configurations, data updates, and enhancement requests.
• Reproduce issues and provide engineers with actionable details.
• Configure and troubleshoot basic integrations as needed.
• Maintain accurate, real-time ticket documentation.
