DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Analyst to collaborate with project managers and case teams on complex litigation matters, providing support to plan, organize, research, analyze, and present cases efficiently. You will manage data and review platforms across US offices, with a hybrid work arrangement.

The role emphasizes data management, ESI processing, mentoring colleagues, and developing best practices while supporting trial prep and court technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of litigation technology support experience with Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cases and projects across stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases, user accounts, and searches.
• Provide daily metrics and quality control for data reviews and productions.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platforms.
• Support trial preparation and courtroom technology setup.
• Mentor team members and develop best practices.
• Coordinate data imports/exports and data manipulation.
• Assist with data collection using ESI tools like Index Engines and Clearwell.
