Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Analyst to collaborate with project managers and case teams on litigation matters, providing computerized support to plan, organize, research, analyze and present cases more efficiently. You will manage data and review platforms and deliver technology services to an assigned office or practice group.

You will monitor data management, support trial preparation, provide ESI processing, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, flexible hybrid work

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in litigation technology support with Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.
• Experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories and extranet technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cases/projects on various levels and stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases for a case, including user accounts, access, review layouts and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews, generate data productions and perform quality control before production.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platform.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom technology setup.
• Assist with data imports/exports and data manipulation.
• Process ESI through technology for data analysis (e.g., Clearwell).
• Target ESI collection from hard drives and backup tapes.
• Provide timelines and estimates to project managers for all data processing.
• Mentor other team members.
• Develop/maintain best practices for the department.
