Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Analyst to collaborate with case teams and project managers on litigation matters. You will support data management and review platforms, provide technology services to a designated office, and assist attorneys with data-driven case preparation.

You will work in a hybrid setting and help maintain best practices for the department, while mentoring team members and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables across the litigation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in litigation technology support, including installation, configuration and maintenance of Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.
• Experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories and extranet technologies.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cases/projects at various stages of litigation.
• Create and support databases for cases, including user accounts, access, layouts and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews and data productions with quality control.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platforms.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom tech setup.
• Support data imports/exports and data manipulation as needed.
• Process ESI using technology like Clearwell for data analysis.
• Target ESI collection from drives and backup tapes; assist as needed.
• Provide timelines and estimates to project managers for data processed.
• Mentor team members and help develop best practices.
