Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Analyst to collaborate with project managers and case teams on litigation matters. You will provide the day-to-day data management and review platform support across an assigned office or practice group.

You will assist attorneys with data management, ESI processing, and trial support, including creating databases, generating productions, and maintaining best practices. Hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in litigation technology support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap, and Sanction.
• Experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases for a case, including user accounts, access, review layouts, and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews; generate data productions and ensure quality control before production.
• Process electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platforms.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom setup of electronic equipment.
• Assist with data imports/exports and data manipulation as needed.
• Process ESI through technology applications for data analysis.
• Target ESI collection from hard drives and backups; assist with collection as needed.
• Provide timelines and estimates to project managers for processed data.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
