Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Analyst to collaborate with project managers and case teams on litigation matters, providing computerized support to help attorneys plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present cases efficiently. You will manage data reviews, data productions, and ESI processing across assigned offices or groups.

Responsibilities include supporting databases, generating metrics, and mentoring team members while upholding firm policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 6 years of experience in litigation technology support, including installation, configuration and maintenance of Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases for a case, including user accounts and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews; generate data productions and perform quality control before data is produced.
• Process electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platform.
• Assist attorney in trial preparation and set-up of electronic equipment in the courtroom; provide court assistance as required.
• Assist with data imports and exports and data manipulation, as needed.
• Process ESI through sophisticated technology application for data analysis, such as Clearwell.
• Target ESI collection from hard drives and backup tapes with Index Engines; assist with collection efforts on an as needed basis.
• Provide timelines and estimates to the project manager for all data being processed.
• Mentor other members of the team.
• Assist in developing /maintaining best practices for the department.
• Other duties as assigned.
