Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Analyst to collaborate with project managers and case teams on litigation matters. You will assist attorneys by providing computerized support to plan, organize, research, analyze, and present cases efficiently.

You will maintain data management and review platforms and provide technology services to an assigned office or practice group. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentoring, and adherence to departmental best practices in a hybrid US

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 6 years of experience in litigation technology support including installation, configuration and maintenance of Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases including user accounts, access, review layouts and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews and prepare data productions with QC.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platforms and assist with collection efforts.
• Aid attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom technology setup.
• Mentor team members and help develop best practices for the department.
• Support data imports/exports and data manipulation as needed.
