Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental legal research regarding court rules, procedures, and judicial tendencies using various databases.
• Draft and review legal documents for conformity with court rules and procedures.
• Prepare procedural road maps to guide upcoming filings.
• Leverage technology to monitor and distribute cases in state and federal court.
• Develop a repository of judicial experience with templates, docket sheets, and transcripts.
• Protect confidential and privileged information.
