Latham & Watkins seeks a Litigation Services Senior Coordinator to support attorneys, staff and clients with litigation research, docketing, and case management. The role is located in the Austin or Houston office with a hybrid schedule that balances in‑person collaboration and flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, managing case status, and ensuring timely retrieval of decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a law firm, docket/calendar or litigation services.

Responsibilities

• Conducting fundamental legal research on court rules and procedures.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents to conform with court rules.
• Preparing procedural road maps for upcoming filings.
• Leveraging technology to monitor and distribute cases in state and federal court.
• Maintaining a repository of templates, docket sheets and transcripts.
