Job summary

Latham & Watkins in San Francisco or Silicon Valley is seeking a Litigation Services Coordinator to support litigation research, docketing, and active case management across matters. You will oversee docketing, calendar publication, and retrieval of decisions and orders to keep matters on track.

The role offers a hybrid/onsite schedule with a focus on organization, timely communication, and attention to detail to support attorneys, staff, and clients within the Litigation Services framework.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of four (4) years’ experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant law firm/Docket/Calendar/Litigation Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Docketing of contested matters using a database (e.g., CompuLaw) and maintaining a firmwide calendar.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents to conform with court rules and procedures.
• Preparing procedural road maps to guide upcoming filings.
• Monitoring case status and retrieving decisions and orders in a timely manner.
• Protecting confidential and privileged information across matters.
