Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Litigation Services role.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Litigation Associate or court employee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Texas Litigation Services teams.
• Provide high-level legal research and analysis using various platforms.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of court rules and procedures.
• Prepare procedural road maps for court filings.
• Ensure accurate calculation and calendaring of case deadlines.

Education
