HumanGood is seeking a Senior Leasing Specialist to coordinate leasing, occupancy and compliance for affordable housing communities. You will manage applications, eligibility certifications, and resident files, ensuring HUD/LIHTC/Fair Housing compliance and accurate records across multiple properties in the Seattle/Tacoma area.

The role requires 5+ years in affordable housing leasing or related fields, travel ~80%, and strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in affordable housing leasing, occupancy, property management, compliance, or a related field.
• Experience with applicant eligibility, income and asset verification, certifications, leasing, move-ins, recertifications, and resident files.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate lease-up and leasing activities, including applications, screening, eligibility, certifications, leases, and move-ins.
• Maintain accurate applicant, resident, occupancy, waitlist, and compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, agency, and organizational requirements.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Development, Resident Services, and regional leadership to meet occupancy and lease-up goals.
• Support recertifications, audits, marketing/outreach, team training, and temporary on-site lease-up needs.
