Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a regulatory/management role
• MBA degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Law Department and supervise attorneys and staff.
• Represent PJM before FERC and state commissions.
• Provide regulatory analysis and counsel to executive management.
• Develop and oversee compliance programs and policies.
• Mentor and develop attorneys and paralegals to support regulatory objectives.
