The role spans care delivery, operating model development, technology, member experience, process improvement, and transformation, requiring hands-on leadership from discovery through execution.

You will manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure governance, planning, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs in healthcare or health plans.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and executive reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Establish governance, cadence, escalation, and exec reporting.
