Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Senior Supply Planner for North America based in Seattle. The role focuses on developing and leading supply plans across demand, inventory, and service levels, partnering with Finance, Technology, Product, and Operations to drive integrated planning.

You will own NA supply and buy plans, support IBP/S&OP, and influence product transitions while maintaining strong data-driven decision making. The position is onsite 3 days per week in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive planning experience, preferably within consumer products or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of planning concepts, inventory management, supply planning principles, and best practices.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle, SQL, Kinaxis or similar supply planning applications preferred.
• Ability to support capacity planning by analyzing demand, supply availability, and operational constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop North America supply and buy plans at the SKU/part level using forecasts, on-hand inventory, safety stock, lead times.
• Translate demand plans into actionable supply recommendations balancing service levels and inventory targets.
• Identify and communicate supply challenges with factory liaisons and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain item-level safety stock strategies, adjusting for seasonality and lifecycle changes.
• Participate in monthly IBP and S&OP processes with insights and risk reviews.
• Support and lead new product introductions, transitions, and lifecycle planning.
• Provide data-driven analysis to support SKU rationalization initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs like days of supply, service levels, and inventory turnover.
• Support cross-regional planning and standardize planning processes across the org.
• Contribute to broader business goals, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
