Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is hiring a Colleague Relations Specialist to partner with HR leadership and guide investigations and complex colleague relations matters. You will function as a center of excellence, advising senior leaders and developing best practices to support positive relationships aligned with business goals.

The role is hybrid in Springfield, IL with a 40-hour work week, requiring HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience including investigations may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and HR-related matters with a focus on colleague relations.
• Provide senior-level consulting to organizational leadership on complex, sensitive issues.
• Develop and implement best practices to support positive colleague relations aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to promote and advance colleague relations.
