Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Senior Colleague Relations Partner to provide expert guidance on colleague relations to Regional Health Ministry leadership and HR teams. The role focuses on counseling managers, handling complex investigations, and ensuring compliant, fair workplace practices.

Strong collaboration with Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance is required to mitigate risk and advance Trinity Health's mission.

Qualifications

Must have knowledge of state and federal laws related to HR and colleague relations
Experience with investigation processes and delivering remediation plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multiple levels of the organization
Ability to analyze data and trends to mitigate organizational risk
Experience with change management and process improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide specialized expertise in planning and applying colleague relations policies and initiatives
Coach and counsel management through resolution of complex matters
Investigate formal complaints and manage problem resolution processes
Partner with Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance to ensure lawful, consistent practices
Lead large, complex investigations and develop remediation plans when needed
